Major Depressive Disorder is the leading cause of disability in the U.S. for ages 15-44.³

Schizophrenia: Approximately 2.4 million American adults, or about 1.1 percent of the population age 18 and older in a given year,¹¹ have schizophrenia.

SUICIDE: In 2004, 32,439 (approximately 11 per 100,000) people died by suicide in the U.S.⁷

Fee Policy~

We understand that financial concerns take some priority. We will work with you to comply with your insurance company's needs.

However, our relationship is with you and we have experienced that some insurance companies can require more paperwork and involve more time and restrictions of the treatment of our clients. We do supply some insurance claim forms for most companies to you and will answer any questions you might have about our services.

To keep the costs low and our Christian values uncompromised, we do not accept third party payment. However, we do allow a parent or guardian to make payments for sessions for a client.

Our rates are low and sometimes only a few dollars above a co-payment with our adjusted fee schedule. Please see our Adjusted fee schedule LINK. Please note we reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Thank you.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that if you must cancel appointment, please give a 6-hour notice, which can be by phone OR 24 hours by email or phone. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $35.00 will apply to your account.

Forms of Payment, Scholarships, Discounts~

Scholarships: At times, we can offer partial or whole payments from your home church or donations given by donors to meet specific needs.

Churches: We also offer discounts to participating churches in Wayne and Stark counties that partner with their members for services. Call to see if your church is listed. We serve The Living Water Church, Free Methodist, In Dalton and Wooster, Ohio specifically.

Groups: We offer discounts if payment is made in advanced if a set number of sessions are planned for a client or group therapy

Forms of Payment: We do accept checks or money orders, and credit cards through paypal.com, and cash. Also, in some instances, scholarships may have been donated for fees. Scholarships are donated on behalf of anonymous donors or some churches share the cost with their members.

Payments Due at Service: All payments are due at the time of service and appointment. Thank you for your prompt payment. All payments that are overdue by 7-10 days have a 15% interest due on the remaining balance.
